Submission Guidelines

Categories of Submission:  We encourage queries for the following categories: narrative non-fiction, current events and history, journalism, science,  literary and commercial fiction, and young adult fiction. We work in other genres as well. Please do not submit: poetry, short stories, adult romance, science fiction and fantasy, adult and teen paranormal, film scripts.  

Query Letters: All Queries should be sent by email to andyrossagency@hotmail.com. Queries should be less than half page. Please put the word "query" in the title header of the email. State in the first sentence the category of the project. Give a short description of the book and your qualifications for writing.  

Book Proposals: If we request additional material, please submit it as a Word attachment to an email.  A book proposal should include the following sections. 

1) Overview

2)The audience

3)Competitive analysis

4)Marketing plan

5)About the author

6) Chapter outline and summaries

7) Sample chapter(s). Usually about 25 pages
